• These Terms of Use (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the Terms of Use on which you may make use of our website www.outmin.io (“our site”), whether as a guest or a registered user of our services described on our site (“services”). • Payment processing services for users on Outmin are provided by Stripe and GoCardless. They are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Services (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”) and also the GoCardless Connected Merchant Agreement which includes the GoCardless Terms of Service (collectively, the “GoCardless Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a user on Outmin, you agree to be bound by the Stripe and GoCardless Services Agreements, as the same may be modified by Stripe and GoCardless from time to time. As a condition of Outmin enabling payment processing services through Stripe and GoCardless, you agree to provide Outmin accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Outmin to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe and GoCardless.

Applicable Law

• Unless otherwise required by a mandatory law of your jurisdiction, these Terms, your use of our Services (and any non-contractual disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) is subject to the laws of Ireland, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles, and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Irish courts.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations

• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a third party. We will notify you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these Terms of Use.
