- These Terms of Use (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the Terms of Use on which you may make use of our website www.outmin.io (“our site”), whether as a guest or a registered user of our services described on our site (“services”). Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.

- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in your account or any other information or attributes associated with your account, and you further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to your account or any other information or attributes associated with your account are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of Outmin.
- Outmin does not recognise the transfer of any accounts or any other information or attributes associated with any accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any account or any other information or attributes associated with any accounts, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any account or any other information or attributes associated with any accounts, and any such attempt shall be null and void.
- We have the right to disable any password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
- If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must contact us.
Intellectual Property Rights
- We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

- You are not permitted to use any Outmin registered trademarks without our approval.

- You understand that you have no rights to the site or any other Outmin property except as indicated in these Terms of Use. If any use or attempted use by you of any service is in breach of the limited license granted under these Terms of Use, you may be held personally liable and/or prosecuted for any loss or damage caused to Outmin or any of its licensors arising from such breach and your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
- If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
No Reliance on Information
- The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site.

Viruses

- If you have come to our site from another website, it is the Terms of Use of our site which will apply to your use of it.
- We have no control over the contents of third party sites or resources.
- Payment processing services for users on Outmin are provided by Stripe and GoCardless. They are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”) and also the GoCardless Connected Merchant Agreement which includes the GoCardless Terms of Service (collectively, the “GoCardless Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a user on Outmin, you agree to be bound by the Stripe and GoCardless Services Agreements, as the same may be modified by Stripe and GoCardless from time to time. As a condition of Outmin enabling payment processing services through Stripe and GoCardless, you agree to provide Outmin accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Outmin to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe and GoCardless.
Applicable Law
- Unless otherwise required by a mandatory law of your jurisdiction, these Terms, your use of our Services (and any non-contractual disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) is subject to the laws of Ireland, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles, and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Irish courts.
Transfer of Rights and Obligations
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a third party. We will notify you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these Terms of Use.
