We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any company outside Outmin for marketing purposes.
We use LinkedIn, Google Search & Display, Facebook and Twitter advertising services and as such there are tracking codes installed on our website and mobile applications so that we can manage the effectiveness of these campaigns. We do not store any personal data within this type of tracking.

The Outmin website and mobile applications uses 'cookies' and third party services (including Google Analytics) to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies except for strictly necessary cookies by setting your browser preferences. 7.1 We are committed to ensuring that the information collected about you is secure. We take reasonable measures including administrative, technical and physical procedures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
7.2 When you are logged into your account, all Internet communication is secured using Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology with high security 128 bit encryption. In respect of cardholder data which is processed, transmitted and stored within our systems, Outmin is certified as compliant under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
7.3 We use security methods to determine the identity of registered users, so that appropriate rights and restrictions can be enforced for that user. Reliable verification of user identity is called authentication. We use both passwords and usernames to authenticate users. Users are responsible for maintaining their own passwords.
7.4 This high level of security can only be effective if you follow certain security practices yourself including never sharing your Account or login details with anyone. If you believe that any of your Account login details have been exposed, you can change your password at any time through our website or mobile application, but you should always also immediately contact customer service.
7.5 Transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We do not warrant the security of our servers, nor do we warrant that your information, including Personal Information, will be completely secure or not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. Any transmission of data by you is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security structures to prevent unauthorised access.
7.6 We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable supervisory authority or other regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
8.1 We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
8.2 To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
8.3 We keep basic information about our customers (including Contact and Identity Data) for six years after our relationship with them ceases for tax and other legal purposes. Thereafter, we and our duly authorised delegates will refrain from collecting any further personal data on you and shall take appropriate steps to dispose of any records containing your personal data, to the extent this is operationally feasible and proportionate. Otherwise, we reserve the right to delete and destroy all of the information collected about you upon termination of your Account unless you request otherwise. If agreed we shall continue to store your information, for example your transaction history, which you may require for accounting purposes.

9.4 We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
9.5 We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
