PI Pizza was born in 2018, right in the heart of Dublin, masterminded to the last detail by John Savage. PI Pizza has a reputation for being wood-fired pizza fundamentalists.

Savage, who has previously worked in real estate and finance wanted to bring high-quality pizza to Dublin he had found on his travels. And that’s what he set out to do.

PI’s menu is simple, affordable, and focused on nothing but the best. The pizzas are made with artisan ingredients and baked in a wood-fired brick oven handmade in Naples. What’s not to love?
